Alissa Watkins currently serves as the Director of Philanthropy for the Columbia Basin College Foundation (CBCF). She is the founder and owner of Terra Viva Consulting, LLC, the original parent company of RoundAbout Cycling. She has a successful track record of building small businesses that positively impact her community. Most recently, Alissa has been working to address hunger and food insecurity in the Tri-Cities since 2006 when she founded Fields of Grace, a faith-based non-profit organization that harvests fruits and vegetables for residents in need. The program was established to help address shortfalls in fresh produce for area food banks. Alissa’s business model has grown and sustained Field’s of Grace from a handful of individuals to a volunteer base approaching 1,000 individuals. During this period volunteers have logged over 8,000 hours of service to harvest over 800,000 pounds of produce, including apples, sweet corn, carrots, sweet cherries, apricots, plums, grapes, tomatoes, potatoes, and more.
