Emily is the owner and founder of Roundabout Cycling. She is a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor, and a NASM certified nutrition coach. Passionate about cycling, cycling to the music and spending time focusing on heart rate and helping people reach their full potential. She enjoys living a healthy live style and likes to have fun while doing it.

Andrea Eastman


Andrea is a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. She believes that you don’t have to be born an athlete to be an athlete. Her journey to fitness started as young girl in dancing classes, progressed to step aerobics, running, strength training, and spinning. Never a team sport player as a kid, she found her place in group fitness as a young adult and hasn’t stopped since. Andrea is passionate about guiding Members past their limitations and mental blocks with inspiring words and dynamic classes. Her mission is to inspire possibility and empower others on the bike through music and movement.

Colleen Rankine


Colleen is a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. She is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals! It is what drives her and gives her energy every day. This is her happy place. As a certified fitness trainer and cycling instructor, she has the privilege of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Her specialties include sprint cycling, HIIT, strength training and helping clients to set and accomplish their personal goals. She believes that fitness should be fun and accessible, so she strives to create high-energy, engaging workouts that leave you feeling empowered and motivated. In her free time you can find her spending time with friends and family, organizing, hiking, biking, beaching and sleeping. Get your rest!

Lisa Parker


Lisa is a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. To her Fitness is a way of life and with that passion, the result is excellence! She loves music, and to use the energy it creates to build classes that drives enthusiasm, fun, and most of all, positive results! Having been a Spin Instructor for over 8 years, she enjoys the camaraderie, while focusing on form and spin protocols enabling everyone a safe and fun-filled spin experience!

Tanya Camerota


Tanya is a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor, Personal Trainer and Certified Group Exercise Instructor with 11 years experience. She currently teaches indoor cycling, Strength Train Together, barre, Pilates, aquatic fitness, and yoga. She also has experience teaching circuits, Bootcamp, HIIT, kickboxing, Insanity, Shred, Strong, diabetes prevention classes, cancer survivor classes and senior classes.

Katie Nguyen


Katie is a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. She is super excited to be on this journey with you, regardless of where you are. She has taken numerous spin classes for the last 5 years and learned from the consumer standpoint what she likes and doesn't like about spin classes. She hopes to incorporate this into her classes and continue to improve through your feedback. Aside from being a cycling instructor she is a graduate student at UConn getting her masters degree in Speech Language Pathology! She is so excited to ride with you all and hopes that she can learn from you just as much as you can learn from her.
